Our process

A managed route from first brief to loaded container

Each stage has defined turnaround, a named touchpoint, and a quality checkpoint, so your buying team always knows where an order stands.

01

Understand Your Requirement

We begin by listening — understanding your product brief, price points, quality standards, and timelines in detail.

A dedicated account lead documents your brief: product category, target landed cost, materials, compliance requirements, packaging, and delivery window. We flag feasibility concerns before development begins, not after.

  • Typical turnaround: 2–3 working days from first brief
  • Touchpoint: kick-off call plus a written requirement summary for sign-off
  • Checkpoint: feasibility and price-band confirmation before we proceed
02

Match with the Right Source

We connect your requirement with the most suitable vendor from our network of 90+ specialised manufacturers, based on product category and capability.

Vendors are shortlisted on category specialisation, proven capacity, compliance status, and past performance on comparable programmes — never on availability alone.

  • Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days to shortlist
  • Touchpoint: vendor capability summary shared with you
  • Checkpoint: audit and compliance status verified before nomination
03

Develop the Product

We work closely with the vendor to develop samples and prototypes that match your specification, quality, and design intent.

We manage the sampling loop end to end — technical packs, material sourcing, finish trials, lab dips, and costing — so you receive a sample that reflects both design intent and production reality.

  • Typical turnaround: 10–21 days depending on category
  • Touchpoint: weekly development updates with photographs
  • Checkpoint: in-house pre-dispatch sample review before anything reaches you
04

Buyer Approval

Samples are shared for your review and sign-off, with revisions managed until the product meets your exact requirement.

Every comment is logged against the technical pack and driven back to the vendor. Approved samples are sealed and retained as the production reference standard.

  • Typical turnaround: revision cycles of 7–10 days
  • Touchpoint: consolidated comment sheet per revision
  • Checkpoint: sealed golden sample signed by both sides
05

Order & Production

Once approved, we place the order with the vendor and oversee production, quality checks, and compliance.

We hold the production calendar, run inline inspections against the sealed sample, and escalate early wherever quality, capacity, or compliance drifts from plan.

  • Typical turnaround: 45–75 days depending on volume and category
  • Touchpoint: fortnightly production status reports
  • Checkpoint: inline QC at 20% and 80% completion
06

Dispatch

The finished order is inspected, packed, and dispatched to you — on time and to specification.

Final AQL inspection, packing verification, documentation, and coordination with your nominated freight forwarder through to container loading.

  • Typical turnaround: 7–10 days from production close to loading
  • Touchpoint: final inspection report and loading photographs
  • Checkpoint: AQL 2.5 final random inspection before container seal
